VANCOUVER ISLAND, B.C. – Another Alert Ready test will take place today at 1:55 p.m.
The emergency alert will be issued to compatible wireless devices, such as smartphones, along with routine television and radio tests across the country.
The test will allow people to ensure their devices are compatible and also raise awareness about the importance of emergency preparedness.
