Wind warning in effect for:
- North Vancouver Island
An approaching Pacific storm system will give intense winds to North Vancouver Island tonight and Saturday morning.
Southeast winds will increase up to 90 km/h with speeds of 110 km/h for exposed coastal areas this evening. Winds will diminish on Saturday afternoon.
High winds may toss loose objects or cause tree branches to break.
