People are being urged to use caution at Elk Falls tomorrow.
B-C Hydro Spokesperson Stephen Watson says hydro needs to adjust some of its flows so crews can remove some debris that’s collected in the system.
Watson says if you want to check out the increased flows, the best place to do that is the viewing platform by the suspension bridge.
