With FILOMI days coming up this weekend in Port Hardy, the city is hosting two free family movie nights under the stars.
The movies haven’t been announced yet, but they will be family-friendly and admission is free. They will be in Carrot Park starting at dusk on Friday and Saturday nights, bring chairs, pillows, blankets and snacks to enjoy the fun.
Meanwhile the preparations for FILOMI days are underway, with pavilions being set up in the park this week. The weekend will be packed with events including live music, oyster shucking, kids zones, a parade on Saturday, a fishing derby on Sunday, and more.
