This Easter weekend, you can spend time with the community by attending a festival.
Port Hardy Recreation has announced the Port Hardy Easter Festival, an event filled with games and activities for the community to take part in.
These include bouncy castles, carnival games, crafts, mother goose story time, ride on toys for tots, floor hockey, and a Lego contest.
Recreation staff say for the Lego contest, you are asked to prepare a Lego piece at home to be showcased for the festival, with the winner to be announced at 2:00 p.m. during the event.
The festival will take place at the Arena Dry floor of the recreation Centre, opening at 11:00 a.m. April 19 for those with a sensory processing disorder or sensory dysfunction, before opening to the public at noon. It’ll run until 3:00 p.m.
