ICBC is reminding everyone to use extra caution after the time change.
Spokesperson Caroline Robinson says even though it’s just an hour difference, it can impact your sleep pattern and make you more tired. She says drivers should use extra caution on the drive home from work, since it will be darker out.
Robinson notes that it’s also a good idea to double check that your headlights are working properly and make sure you turn on your full headlights, rather than relying on your daytime running lights.
