But political analyst Allan Warnke says after his performance on the international stage…we should expect a different Trudeau.
Warnke says the Throne Speech will be more important for its tone – than the policies it highlights – as Trudeau tries to make one more impression on Canadians that his government will be different from Stephen Harper’s.
